Meet the Owner: Ariel Viera CAMTC 95148
I am a Massage Therapist licensed and certified in both Oregon and California with a Masters in Sports and Exercise Science, as well as being a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist for both athletes and the perinatal community. I am a former NCAA D1 student-athlete from the University of Portland (Go Pilots!), pro soccer play, and coach (I enjoy soccer!). My goal for Ponderosa Bodyworks is to provide support to functional maintenance, rehabilitation, and to reach health/fitness goals for others. When I’m not furthering my education, I enjoy playing soccer, trail running, traveling, being outside, reading, and being creative.
Having a background in strength and conditioning and manual therapy, Ponderosa Bodyworks can provide specialized custom care for your needs to get you back on track or inching closer to your health/fitness goals. I look forward to working with you!
